THE MEXICO INN

The Mexico Inn has been a cornerstone of Longrock for more than 200 years. Now its food-fanatic owners have created a warm, welcoming atmosphere to be enjoyed by visitors and locals alike. By focusing on using local produce to create uncomplicated, ingredient-driven food and providing an inviting environment to enjoy a pint or two, the Mexico has something for everyone.

 

Tom and Amy have been behind the stoves of the most prestigious eateries in the South West. Since meeting at the Abbey Restaurant, Penzance, in 2007, the couple have travelled the world and held top positions in the kitchens of both The Gurnard’s Head, Zennor, and The Old Coastguard, Mousehole. Tom and Amy’s dream of having a place of their own was realised in 2015 and they have embraced the challenge of putting their own distinctive stamp on The Mexico.

Dietary requirements

At The Mexico we like to cater for everyone. There are always gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options on our menu, but if you have a specific dietary requirement please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 

Dogs

We are always happy to see your furry friends at The Mexico. Well behaved dogs are welcome in both the bar and restaurant, but we do ask that you keep them on a lead.
